Fruit for the Home

What is up with this crazy cool weather we are having here in Ontario? Where did summer go? I can appreciate a cool day but we’ve had enough already I’m ready to welcome the heat and beautiful sunshine again so my babies and I can live outside again. I started brain storming this post on a hot day while snacking on some pineapple. Yummy juicy, mouth watering pineapple. Such a delicious fruit that is not just enjoyed around our home only in the summer its more of a year round fruit. Now with summer here I am seeing pineapples everywhere. I love that we don’t have to just eat them to enjoy them because now you can decorate with them, wear them and eat them. How do you feel about incorporating fruit into your decor? How about wearing clothing with fruit on them?I just purchases a super cute and very comfortable tee from J Crew with gold pineapples on it. It has quickly become a favourite shirt of mine which isn’t surprising. You did hear me say that it has gold and pineapples on it right. So back to decorating in your home with fruit, I think incorporating fruit into your decor is a great way to create a summer fun space and you won’t even gain weight by enjoying the fruit.
