Playmobil is one of the most loved toys in our house by everyone – adults and kids. As a mom who suffers from OCD lego is like an arch nemesis for me and although my kids do love it when they play with it, it stresses me out especially with a baby in the house. Playmobil has been such a game changer for us! The kids still get to be hands on creative and build and put things together but its less messy, less little pieces and way more fun and interactive (in my opinion and since this my review my opinion is what counts). Recently my little man was sent the new Playmobil Tactical Unit and Helicopter and the smile and excitement when he opened that box can’t be properly explained in words. I told him he had to wait till daddy got home to actually open the boxes up in case he needed daddy’s expert building skills for assembly. Trust me when I say daddy didn’t even have his shoes off yet and he was asking to open those boxes. The helicopter was super easy to assemble, little man needed little help but the Tactical Unit was harder and he needed some assistance especially with the smaller pieces, but within 20 min he was done assembling both and everyone was choosing one of the figurines to play with. The helicopter comes with an officer in the dive suit who can use the winch to rappel down to the scene as well as a pilot to drive the helicopter. The helicopter comes with a working winch for cool rappelling action. After opening the cockpit, two figures can be inserted at the front. There’s also room for another passenger in the back. The tailgate and the two side doors can be opened. The helicopter set comes with complete diving equipment, such as diving helmet, scuba tank, removable diving jacket, double harpoon and underwater scooter. The tactical unit truck  features a removable roof and space for up to 4 figures which includes working lights and sounds. The roof and windshield of the cab can be removed with easy access to the interior which can hold up to 3 figurines and the cab has space for one figure. The tactical unit also has a working winch and the switch on the underside of the sound module can be used to switch between two different siren sounds. The lights and sounds will auto shut off after a certain amount of time. You can also fold down the stairs at the rear and a storage space for accessories becomes accessible.

  • Gratitude is a powerful thing... I was thinking of those who lived through the holocaust today and I was instantly so thankful that we get to chose to stay home and be safe that we can still go in our car for drives for a change of scenery that even though we are living in quarantine away from people we are not in hiding we aren’t scared for our lives and we are healthy!! #covid19 #gratitudeattitude
  • We are living uncharted days but we are making the most of them! Sometimes we just need out of the house for change of scenery, sometimes we need more cuddles and everyday we are thankful for our health and each other!
  • So thankful for this amazing trip and that we made it home healthy and safe! Happy to be quarantined together for the next few weeks... finding the joy in the unexpected! #covid_19 #disneydream #thespinksdodisney
  • We took this photo when we returned from our vacation and simply needed to buy some groceries and toilet paper was one of the things on our list... we had just arrived back and had heard a lot on social media about stores running out of toilet paper so when we found some we thought it would be funny to take the photo but today the same stores shelf is empty... there is nothing funny about this virus it needs to be take seriously and people need to use common sense and not respond in fear and panic! Just to clarify we bought one package of toilet paper not 4 - Yes be smart, be prepared, wash your hands (LOTS) but don’t freak out! Be kind to each other be smart and safe! #covid #covid_19
  • I’ve been struggling with a lot of anxiety since returning from our vacation and than I saw something @judahsmith posted and one thing he said was “Our anxiety doesn’t come from thinking of the future rather from our desire to control it” WOW I was literally stopped dead in my scrolling and maybe it’s just me (I doubt it) but this resonates with me... anyone else? #letgoandletgod #micdrop #anxiety
  • Being a girl/woman is hard - raising them is even harder! I pray they will always see their true worth and value they will always know how deeply loved they are and that they should celebrate their uniqueness and recognize they can do anything they put their minds to! Happy #internationalwomensday
