Playmobil is one of the most loved toys in our house by everyone – adults and kids. As a mom who suffers from OCD lego is like an arch nemesis for me and although my kids do love it when they play with it, it stresses me out especially with a baby in the house. Playmobil has been such a game changer for us! The kids still get to be hands on creative and build and put things together but its less messy, less little pieces and way more fun and interactive (in my opinion and since this my review my opinion is what counts). Recently my little man was sent the new Playmobil Tactical Unit and Helicopter and the smile and excitement when he opened that box can’t be properly explained in words. I told him he had to wait till daddy got home to actually open the boxes up in case he needed daddy’s expert building skills for assembly. Trust me when I say daddy didn’t even have his shoes off yet and he was asking to open those boxes. The helicopter was super easy to assemble, little man needed little help but the Tactical Unit was harder and he needed some assistance especially with the smaller pieces, but within 20 min he was done assembling both and everyone was choosing one of the figurines to play with. The helicopter comes with an officer in the dive suit who can use the winch to rappel down to the scene as well as a pilot to drive the helicopter. The helicopter comes with a working winch for cool rappelling action. After opening the cockpit, two figures can be inserted at the front. There’s also room for another passenger in the back. The tailgate and the two side doors can be opened. The helicopter set comes with complete diving equipment, such as diving helmet, scuba tank, removable diving jacket, double harpoon and underwater scooter. The tactical unit truck  features a removable roof and space for up to 4 figures which includes working lights and sounds. The roof and windshield of the cab can be removed with easy access to the interior which can hold up to 3 figurines and the cab has space for one figure. The tactical unit also has a working winch and the switch on the underside of the sound module can be used to switch between two different siren sounds. The lights and sounds will auto shut off after a certain amount of time. You can also fold down the stairs at the rear and a storage space for accessories becomes accessible.

  • Today felt like New Years Day with the kiddies back at school hubby back at work and I was worried I would be so lonely but instead found out that my hours ran out before my to-do list was finished! Crazy to think all these pages (months) of my calendar will be filled in no time. And yes I use a digital calendar on my phone but I like using a paper one as well... anyone else?
  • Happy New Year!! We partied hard last night and we are feeling it today.... ok we’ll maybe the partied hard part isn’t entirely true but nevertheless we are laying low today any one else doing the same? #timetocleanmymirror #excuseisijustmoved #timetowakeupdaddy
  • A decade! 10 whole years ... wow! It’s really hard to recap all that has happened but safe to say the past 10 years have been the best and yet hardest years of my life. I’ve been stretched in ways I didn’t know I could, I’ve grown deeper in my relationship with Jesus, I’ve learned the value of true friends, celebrated 10 years of marriage, seen the biggest answers to prayer in my life- I became a mom (not just once but 3 times over) I watched my dad fight (and thankfully) beat cancer, we bought our first home, we’ve moved 6 times, built 2 houses, welcomed over 10 babies into our hearts and homes, said more painful goodbyes than I like to count, taken many trips, had some not so great medical diagnoses and yet here we are! I have no idea what 2020 has in store but I’m excited for it! #happynewyear #2020herewecome
  • ✨All is calm, all is bright! ✨The best way to start Jesus Birthday celebrations is by going to our Christmas Eve service at church. Thinking of those who tomorrow will be hard for and thankful for those first responders, hospital staff and my much needed @Starbucks employees who are working tomorrow praying a special blessing on each of you!
  • Merry Christmas Eve Eve! Who is running off coffee and wishing they had their little peoples energy? I can’t be the only one ... 2 days to go!!!🎄
  • He’s the calm to my storm he gives me the support and encouragement needed when I feel overwhelmed! When I look back on the past 2 years heck even the last 6 months I am blown away by how much we have gone through and yet we are stronger for it - we are better for it! The future although not completely mapped out is less scary and more exciting knowing I’m walking into it with you by my side! Thankful for you @tspinksy #crazyfaith #bestyes
