We are finally settled- okay in full disclosure we are moved and all the boxes on the main floor and bedrooms are unpacked. To some they would say we are doing good but to this girl I wish it was done but I am being patient (or trying to be) and realizing my body won’t allow me to do all I want and on top of that moving with 4 kids one of which is officially walking and in to EVERYTHING so things take a lot longer and lots of things require me to wait till little people are sleeping to get things really organized. Our play room is still not ready which has been hard for the kids because before we moved I made them pick a few toys each that they got to keep “out” from the rest of the playroom that got packed up and is still in boxes for them to play with but as I am sure you are aware those toys got old fast thankfully a few days before we moved (literally 2 days before) a package from Red Planet Group showed up with literally the most amazing goodies for the kids so I tucked it away until we were moved and about the 3 day we were in the new house I brought out the box and it was like Christmas for them. I let them each pick out something new and put it away for another couple days and than brought it out again and did the same thing. Honestly can’t say THANK YOU enough to Red Planet Group – this felt like the biggest mom win and I didn’t do anything! I wanted to share with you guys some of our favourites from the package because I am nice like that and because I know summer is coming (like so soon) and with that comes days when a new little something for the little people can come in handy wether its to keep them entertained or its a well earned reward for doing some chores, graduation gift or even a birthday gift (our two girls have summer birthdays plus friend birthday parties as well which means gifts gifts gifts!) In no particular order because we love them all…

Scruff-A-Luvs: Okay I’ll be honest the packaging was cute little box but once they opened them I was like okay these look worn and old an not as cute as the box shows BUT once you give the sweet little pups a warm bath and good wash and brush and than blow dry them they are fluffy and cute and my girls have been sleeping with them and my youngest brings hers along everywhere with her. In the box also comes an adoption certificate and a name tag and collar, bow and brush. To purchase one for your self check out Toys R Us, Walmart and Canadian Tire

Boxy Girls: Posh, cute and high end each girl is special in their own way. These super cute little dolls and small enough to carry around with you but big enough to be safe around baby and fun to play with. They come with the most fun accessories (like even I legit had fun styling the dolls) which include jewelry, makeup shoes, bags – basically all the things every girl needs! (Am I right or am I right!?) Each doll comes with 6 different boxes to unwrap but on top of that you can purchase Fashion Packs which essentially are more clothes and accessories for your doll because we girls like to have options and so do the dolls! Boxy Girls are sold at Walmart and Toys R Us

Bananas: No no the fruit although they are the same shape these cute brightly coloured bananas are not edible but are super yummy smelling (no they don’t smell like bananas) fun bright bold colours are sold in a a group of 3 – in like a bunch – you know how you find real bananas. These bananas can be linked together to stay in the bunch or can be taken apart and played with individually. Inside each banana when you “peel” it open inside is an adorable collectible “crushie” characters and accessories! There are 24 adorable “crushie” characters to collect and there are even ultra-rare and limited edition crushies. The bananas come with vines that reseal so you can display them and take them everywhere with you. One banana includes: collectible character, 2 cute mini friends, gem stones, collector’s guide, character sticker, and hanging vine. Bananas are sold at Toys R Us, Walmart and Indigo

Gear Head: this new line of collectible vehicles is putting a different “spin” on things! When you open your box you will find a little red “tool kit” that will include a die cast metal tool that you will use to release your wheel and rim from inside your “wood” crate and once you have it open you will discover which mystery vehicle you will be playing with. These toys are so neat that even Dad had to get in to play and see how far he could launch his vehicle by simply turning the key. One of my favourite features is that it is easy to keep tidy because all the pieces – tools and vehicle can be store in the crate! To purchase some Gear Head you will find it at Toys R Us.

  • My oldest and the youngest! Family time is my favorite!
  • They are my world! I can’t imagine my life without them... sure they drive me crazy and challenge me to grow in ways I didn’t know I needed to but they have taught me I could love deeper and more than I ever thought possible, I miss them when they are at school, listening to them laugh and seeing them smile is the best feeling ever! Thank you Jesus for choosing me to be their mama, I’m undeserving but so thankful!
  • A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles! So thankful, incredibly grateful and unbelievable blessed for this life I get to live!

  • “ I still remember the days I prayed for the things I have now” this picture feels a life time ago and yet I feel the emotions of that day as if it were today after long painful and scary months he was finally officially ours!!! crazy how a piece of paper could hold so much weight! He was ours Nov 8, 2013 (the day he was born) in our mind and hearts but he officially took our last name on October 9, 2014! I love how he is looking at me in this picture as if to say “see mama all those tears and prayers where heard and answered” you’re still my boy #covethomas and you were so worth it all! #5yearsago
